Lately I have been doing a ton of non-bridal work with Robin McKerrell, Mainly working with models looking to either build their portfolio or update it with newer and better images. The challenge is to show a lot of versatility in the model's look so she can get as much work as possible. I am frankly amazed at how different we gor Daria to look in these images, just with styling and makeup...

Several weeks ago I worked on a shoot at Ripple Junction for Moxie Magazine. It was a steamy day to be in a t shirt factory, but we prevailed!

Cincinnati commercial makeup artist/recent catalog shoot/Isle of Skye/Robin McKerrell

I have been fortunate to be rather busy during my "off-season". I have been doing a few shoots with photographer Robin McKerrell, and on Monday we did some work for Isle of Skye which sells beautiful cashmere pieces. The model was Elizabeth Ann Schulze and she was fabulous. Here are just a couple shots from that day. I think the client will be very pleased!
The thing about models, as opposed to us mere mortals, is that they seems much more able to morph into a totally different look with makeup and hair changes. The first shot I saw of Elizabeth had more of a "grunge" feel but put her in these clothes and she's an overnight socialite. Go figure!

I came across a few more images from a shoot I did with Tine Hofmann for Carrie Karibo. Two of these images are in a two page ad in the current Cincinnati Magazine Weddings. I recently got to shoot with the brunette model again last week; cannot wait to share those images!

If you have not visited Carrie Karibo in Reading, put it on your list. Though she is known for specializing in bridesmaid attire, the dresses don't scream bridesmaid; they could be worn for nearly any special occasion. Beautiful store! Gorgeous accesories too. I have my eye on one for a wedding I am in in October; i am going to be "Best Woman", I guess you could call it-?

Always fun to see Tine lying in the street to get that perfect shot!
