time flies.

So I did promise to tell you all about some new services! Hey, I said 'this week' and it seems to be Friday already; how did that happen?
As previously reported, we are sprucing up The Bridal Studio and it is starting to look sooooo snazzy (pictures soon; we have a few more touches we hope to add in January once we get another paycheck!) that immediately the wheels started spinning;
*Pre-Bachelorette Parties!
Bring in your libation of choice and your ipod and get beautified before your night out. You know you need some lashes to flash on your last big hurrah. We will have several packages available, ranging from makeup only, to having a hairstylist and photographer on hand to get some groovy glam shots of you and your favorite girls. Heck, you may not want to ever leave to go barhopping. A great idea for a bridal shower as well.
*Masterclasses
(We recommend groups no larger than six) Bring in your makeup bag and let us give you lessons on how to break out of your ruts, be sure you are wearing the best shades, and what you need to toss or keep. We have found that lots of mothers of the bride love to host these for those "significant birthdays"-after all, the right makeup can take up to ten years off!
*In studio wedding prep
Yes, we are "makeup housecalls" but we do get many requests for brides getting married in Covington or downtown to get ready at the studio. It's pretty, it's spacious.
BTW, the above image is by Essenza and is my bride Lindsay. Holy eyelashes Batman! I love how she just looks like she is not of this era at all. She reminds me of Amy Irvin in Yentl, although that is so dating me. Just all romantic and milky skin...
