Cincinnati makeup/Cat;engaged! by Nancy of Brideface.

Catherine and I hit it off right away and we seem to have a lot in common. We had a great time when she came to the studio. My son Leo was hanging out with us as well and for those of you who have not had the pleasure, he is a shameless flirt. He likes the pretty ladies.
I love this shoot! Neysa Ruhl's work is splendid. But now I am craving ice cream for some reason-?

Cincinnati makeup/Kristen, by Brideface artist Jasmine.

Kristen was a referral by brideface favorite Missy, so I got to do her makeup for that wedding back in August, but Jasmine headed up this one and did a spectacular job bringing out her best.

These beautiful images are courtesy of Chad Moon.
from Jasmine:
"When Kristen and I met for her engagement session many months ago, I knew her wedding day would be an absolute blast! It is so nice to meet with a bride and hit it off right away. I could have talked to her for hours! Her engagement shots were just a precursor to her stunning wedding day photos by the talented Chad Moon. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kristen and her fabulous bridal party!"

Cincinnati makeup/Margot, by Penny

from Penny..."I was really excited to work with Margot. I found out she was my neighbor and we even did her trial at her house since she lived so close to me. Funny thing for Margot was that when I did her trial she had her house on the market. When I went back to do her wedding she ended up selling her house on her wedding weekend. Stress looks good on her, right! We kept it really natural for her with a little flush in the lips. "
ps Check out that amaaaazing bouquet by Courtenay Lambert. Thank you Leah Robbins for the great images!!

Cincinnati airbrush makeup/Leslie; married!!

Leslie had a big, boisterous group; that always makes for a quick day of work for me when it's fun people. Add Steve Zugelter and April Rentz to the mix and you have a party.
Leslie's mom, Joy, is so enthusiastic and treated all her vendors like royalty. I wish I had her reaction to her newly made-up face on film because it had to be the best response I have ever had!

N Ky bridal makeup/ Jessica married!

photography by Steph Keller; wedding coordination by Your wedding by Jen.

What a beautiful setting Steph had to work with-(not to mention the beautiful subject, of course!)
Jessica's girls were so much fun and made me feel right at home.
I love how these shots capture the lush lashes and nicely defined eyes.

Cincinnati makeup artist/Kirsten-the engagement session

Kirsten and I met several months ago to have a little mini-trial before signing her contract, and we were amused to learn that her parents live right around the corner from me. That will be a great commute on the day of the wedding! This session is photographed by Tine Hofmann and as usual, it is a total feast for the eyes. I think it is a requirement now that you have super hot shoes to get Tine to agree to shoot you; is that true? ; ) I had a great time chatting with these two before their shoot; I so rarely get to meet the grooms that it is a treat to hang with the guys every now and then.
