Beautiful Laurel Court wedding

This was my first time at this venue and I was a bit awed by it. What a gorgeous location! I don't think Erin ever wanted to leave. I worked to the scent of Kevin Ford's lovely arrangements and the sound of his infectious laugh. (Don't tell my husband , but I have a mad crush on Kevin.) It's okay, Rich never reads my blog. : )
Erin favors a very natural look so I just subtly brought out her beautiful doe eyes and kept it mainly soft and neutral.
The event was expertly coordinated by Cecilia Rose of Eventurous, and images courtesy of Essenza.

Kelly, my "pin up' bride!

Kelly has to be one of my most stylin' brides ever. I told her I am dying to get a pinup style boudour shoot together with her; her figure and face just cry out for that whole vibe. She adores makeup and is totally fearless when it comes to trying new looks. Her hairpiece and all her bridesmaids' flowers were designed by our very own PinMeUpCouture.

And get a load of those ridiculously hot shoes.

Kelly's vintage glam makeup look was created with two very rich creme shadows; one a rich burgundy, which was layed with a dark steely blue/grey. I used mini faux eyelashes on her bottom lashes for a wide-eyed, "Betty Boop" effect. Her lip was a custom blend of two of my cherished lip tars by OCC; NSFW and uber.

She and all her attendants were airbrushed and they adored it; the lightweight feel and fabulous coverage won them over. Mollie and I rocked all eight of them out and they were a great crew.

I finally got to do a wedding with Studio 3Z. (after blog stalking them for the last year)
Stunning florals by Katie Elfers!
Also, if you are looking for a hotel convenient to downtown, Kelly was booked at Spring Hill suites Midtown (which makes me giggle; had no idea Cincinnati HAD a "midtown". First a jumbotron on the square and now this? Watch your back, Manhattan!)
It is actually right at the foot of Eden park and it is gorgeous and their service was great too.

Dana; makeup by Penny for brideface

Penny Cooley is responsible for the makeup here and I think she rocked it out. As she does every day! Truly radiant bride.

And on a non- makeup note, I love the low flower in the hair and the "undone" do.

Jodie; a beautiful bride photographed by Bluebird

Another stunning wedding shot by April Rentz of Bluebird Photography .
Mollie was the makeup artist on this one. I love the fresh, glowy, natural look she gave Jodie.

Dora of Viva bella Events; the maternity session

You may remember Dora's Trash the Dress session from way back-? Now she is rockin' the bump, and how. A hotter preggo lady, I never did see. I wish her and Steven the best with their impending bundle!

Dora always favors a very natural look, so I airbrushed her and gave her a few false lashes and nude shades on her eyes and lips. Mamas have enough glow on their own!

Thank you Steph Carson for these fab images!

Sara; a beautiful blending of two cultures

You may remember Sara's lovely thank you note a couple months back. Well, I finally got her images back , via Michael Bambino.

I spent the whole day with Sara and her party as part of our Red Carpet Package, giving unlimited services to her attendants and all her extended family as well. It so great to get to know everyone through the course of the day, jumping in when needed, and having the opportunity to watch her gorgeous ceremony.
I can't think of a cooler way to spend July fourth!

Jessica's engagement session

Another great shoot by Steph Carson. I am always a sucker for dogs in engagement pictures.
Aren't Jessica's cheekbones amazing-? Can't wait for their October wedding.

Sarah, by Jenny

from Jenny-
"Sarah was such a happy bride! She was a bride of mine back in July, but definitely wanted to show these shots. The lovely and talented Amanda Egan photographed her wedding beautifully! (I am lucky I get to work with Amanda on a few more brides!) I love her smile!"

Anne

Anne has been a client of mine since she was in high school; any dance she had, she was tracking me down!
I know this face very well by now...

She was a ridiculously beautiful bride.
We went with red- based coppers on her eyes to bring out those crystalline blue eyes, coupled with a peachy creme blush and a shimmery coral/pink gloss for a sunkissed look.
(That and about a pound of individual lashes, natch!)

Event coordinated by Julie Schmidt of Cincy Event Planning. Stunning work by April of Bluebird Photography-as always!
