Don't miss Bitter Bridesmaid Bash September 10th!!!

The third annual Bitter Bridesmaid Bash is just around the corner on September 10th, and we've gathered together some wonderful sponsors and donors to bring you a fun night for a great cause.

Wear your favorite (or least favorite) retired bridesmaid/formal gown for a pub crawl through Covington’s MainStrasse. Cost of admission is $10 OR the donation of a bridesmaid gown for Kenzie’s Closet (www.kenziescloset.org) All proceeds benefit Kenzie’s Closet. Kenzie's Closet provides prom dresses and related accessories to high school seniors who cannot otherwise afford them. 6-7 PM: Registration
Arrive at The Bridal Studio (610 Main St) between 6 and 7 PM, wearing your donation dress (don't forget to wear something underneath-- you'll be dressless at the end of the night!). By committing to donate your dress at the end of the evening, your $10 admission fee will be waived.
6-9 PM: Pub Crawl
Your admission will get you drink specials at several bars throughout Main Strasse Village. Have fun wearing your dress for one final night out!
9 - 10PM: Prizes
We will all gather at our final spot to raffle prizes and donate dresses. Changing stations will be available, and the first 100 attendees who donate a dress will be given a t-shirt in exchange at the end of the night (stamps will be given at registration to designate the first 100). The first 100 guests will also receive a bag filled with gifts from our various sponsors.

"If there ever was a happier bride, I am not sure I have seen her!" When I left Chrissy Heubi that day, I was so happy and just knew that they would undoubtedly, (not to sound corny, but) live happily ever after! Everything about this wedding was perfect...the dress - WOW!! Amsale knows weddings gowns and those SHOES.....talk about something blue!
Laura Leppert captured the best moments of the day and I could have looked at these pictures all day long. They are gorgeous! I selected a few to share with you so you can also see how special it was. Chrissy has beautiful alabaster skin and we opted for a very natural look to show off those eyes and freckles! I loved being part of her day and getting to know her family. I think she has one of the best smiles ever!

If you have not visited Carrie Karibo in Reading, put it on your list. Though she is known for specializing in bridesmaid attire, the dresses don't scream bridesmaid; they could be worn for nearly any special occasion. Beautiful store! Gorgeous accesories too. I have my eye on one for a wedding I am in in October; i am going to be "Best Woman", I guess you could call it-?

I was so lucky to do this wedding in June. The stunning Alli Amrine in her fabulous J. Crew dress and wedding. The whole wedding was J. Crew and it was gorgeous. Her mother and sister were so sweet and I loved the setting of the pretty Camargo Country Club. The talented Linda Franklin from Bella Photography took these great shots. I love my job!

Sarah was my "Retro Barbie" bride. Her sense of style is amazing. She knew exactly what she wanted, we went very retro with her makeup--crisp black liner, oodles of lashes, and hot pink glossy lips. I was so excited to see the whole look come together.
